Farming Practices: Following the biodynamic calendar "Stella Natura" for planting, care and harvest and using a variety of green manure, cover crop and living mulches, compost and soil amendments, a balance is maintained for strong soil health, vitality and nutrient dense foods. While Whitefoot Farm is not a USDA certified organic farm, chemicals or synthetic sprays are never used.
