Farming Practices: We have been rebuilding our soil using cover crops, compost, minerals, rock powders and certified organic fertilizers with the knowledge that the best tasting vegetables are grown on healthy soils. Although we are not certified organic, we have used organic practices at Lucky Moon Farm from the beginning and we annually sign the NOFA Farmer's Pledge.
