Hillside Springs Farm is a small horse-powered CSA farm in Westmoreland, NH, growing 3 acres and over 100 varieties of vegetables, herbs, and flowers using only sustainable, organic, and biodynamic farming methods. The farm offers full and half shares, an extended 24-week harvest season, early heirloom tomatoes, sweet red peppers, eggplant, and basil from our greenhouses, and freshly pressed apple cider from our orchard. Pick up is on the farm, Tuesdays or Fridays, or at a Keene drop-off site, on Tuesdays.

Farmers Frank Hunter and Kim Peavey have been farming since 2002 in Westmoreland, working with black Percheron horses Betsey and Ben and Belgian horses Molly and Moon. The farmers and horses together plow, disc, harrow, spread compost, cultivate, gather firewood, and make loose hay, all in the name of small-scale sustainable farming, healthy land, and healthy food.
