In addition to beef, Fresh Valley offers certified organic pork, chicken, eggs, and other farm-fresh offerings throughout the year.
The farm focuses on soil health, biodiversity, and animal welfare through rotational grazing, low-stress handling, and careful land stewardship. Fresh Valley Farms uses renewable energy, modern agri-tech, and on-farm processing to support a resilient local food system. Meat is sold directly to customers, offering transparency, traceability, and a strong connection between farmers, land, and food.
