Farming Practices: Sustainable...no chemical fertilizing, pesticides or herbicides. We utilize cover cropping and rotation growing to control insect, disease and build healthier soil. We use mineral correction if and as needed and make our own compost from untainted, natural ingredients....kitchen and farm waste, etc.
