Extra Products: Our hogs are a heritage breed - Berkshires. Very flavorful! The chickens are a meat breed, and grow to between 5.5 and 7.5 in the 8 weeks we raise them. Juiciest white meat you'll ever eat! Lambs are predominately Dorset stock and yield a great carcass - nice leg roasts, fabulous chops, very tasty overall.
